Lonestar Cell MTN, the Leader in converged telecommunications and partner of choice in Liberia, a part of the MTN Group with global footprint across 22 countries in Africa, Middle East and Europe, has a vacancy for the Following position.
1. Sales & Distribution Executive – Level 3H
? Develop and provide strategic vision for the Sales & Distribution Department in order to ensure financial viability and sustainability of the department & organization with the revenue streams realized by the company.
? Overall management – planning, organizing and leading of Sales department and function, this includes Consumer Sales, Business Sales and Customer Care.
? Coordinates with other departmental heads within Lonestar Cell MTN to ensure the effective running of the department and the wider company.
? 3 to 5 years strategic guidance on mobile services distribution & sales.
? Ensures that the goals of effective marketing of Lonestar Cell MTN’s services and products, target sales attainments, value for money, productivity and customer services among others are all met at the Department through the development and review of appropriate policies and procedures.
? Ensures the effective day to day sales operations, targets achievements and customer satisfaction.
? Ensure all activities of the department are in line with Lonestar Cell MTN Policies, processes and procedures and the overall objectives of the company.
? Ensure accurate reporting across regions and inform the Chief Executive Officer of trends & changes as it affects Sales & Distribution in Lonestar Cell MTN.
? Ensure that the department contributes to the profitability of Lonestar Cell MTN and MTN Group through the establishment of appropriate checks and balances in the system and the alignment of all functional areas in the department.
? Prepares Departmental Budget indicators and preside over the execution of the approve budget and its revision where justified.
? Communicates the organization’s culture and image to internal and external stakeholders.
o First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
o MBA will be desirable
o Ten (10) years working experience; of which, five (5) years heading the sales functions of a large organization/FMCG, Preferably, a multinational institution; with Five (5) years’ experience in strategic Sales Management.
